Dear Parents,

Thank you for choosing Zoe School for your child/ward. The application form into our Creche, Nursery, Basic/College School can be purchased from Zoe School Admin Office.

All children to be admitted shall have their application forms completed by their parents/guardians.

This is to ensure that proper record of information about the applicant is obtained.

Application form will only be sold to parents whose child/ward meets the school’s age and other requirement.
